Bad drivers. Amateur Software. August 24, 2008 W. Aaron King I wasn't happy at all with this product. The first problem that I had was that the only drivers included on this mini cd were drivers for windows vista. I couldn't find any for xp or even 98. After a good search on the internet, I found that others were faced with similar problems. The second issue that I had with the whole product was that the software included was completely amateur. Not only were the help pages missing all of their images (which makes instructions useless when the instructions refer to the images), but the general usability of the software was very limited. -- Maybe I just had bad luck, but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

This product absolutely does not work. It has Windows 98 drivers, bad (none) directions. I also happened to have a win98 HP system I just reset to factory defaults with a clean OS. NONE of the apps worked, multiple drivers on the CD, bad english, and constantly rebooting/locked system. Anyone selling this product should think about the integrity of their business. What a joke.
Works once you figure it out March 7, 2008 N1n3r (Oxford, MS) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Mine came with a small cd... Serial #7891 You need to install the contents of the Usb-SIM9.0 folder that comes on the cd as well as Usb-232\HL0108\ Hugepine setup (Hugepine allows your computer to read the usb card as a serial port. Com 3 worked for me. Happy hunting
