I had a difficult time with the audio. I had to call Logitech to get assistance and with that I still was not able to get it started. There was no information included in the box for me to read if I had a problem. Not business like.

I bought 2, one for us and one for our daughter to use so we could see her and our grandson using an instant messenger application. She could never get it to work right on her computer so she returned it to us. We ended up giving it to our son and he got it working fine on his computer. So now we can see each other when we use an instant messenger application like Skype. The quality is OK for the price we paid. My son tends to have a lot of sound problems with his but I'm not sure how he has his set up. Personally, I haven't had any problems with mine. It does take snapshots pretty good.

this webcam stinks on ice. the video and audio are out of time so it looks like your lips move then the words come out ok if you want to make bad videos. so don,t bye it am sending the uesless webcam back .hope this will keep everybody from getting this webcam what a joke LOL see you at bestbuys LOL
