Product Description Ghost Recon 3: Advanced Warfighter shows you the future of military science, today. In 2013, the U.S. Army will implement the Integrated Warfighter System -- combining advanced weapon systems, satellite Communication devices and enhanced survivability into one fully integrated combat system. This game is awesome! April 22, 2008 Michele Kennedy (chicago) By my son Charlie, age 9: I think this game is awesome. It is one of the few I always play. All of the weapons are great. It is easy to play and my friends always want to play it when they come over. Even though it is a one player game, it is easy to switch off and let others play. This is one of my favorite games.
My Brother loves it December 21, 2007 D. Herron (NYC) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
The game has great graphics. My brother loves it because it was a challenge and tested his mind. Would recommend and I don't really like video games like this. This game is an exception.
Realistic War Game September 6, 2007 Carole P. Davis 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
People say that this game doesn't have good graphics. I say, so what? I think in a war game, the gameplay matters more. The game is all about stealth, the AI is fine, the sound is only bad if you have a bad disk. This is one of the best shooter series I have played. It goes a different direction than all the others.
I'm a Ghost Recon fan!!! August 6, 2007 Hamjam (North Carolina) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
Previous reviews talk about how bad the graphics are for the PS2 edition. What are you expecting? To be plugged in Matrix and get graphics that are totally lifelike? You whiners don't know how good you've got it. The graphics are better than the original Ghost Recon for PC. If you like FPS's and you liked the original Ghost Recon, then you're going to enjoy this game. I prefer using a mouse and keyboard interface for FPS's but I adapted quickly to this. If you've come to this page looking for a Ghost Recon title for your PS2, then you will NOT be the least bit disappointed with this title.
Not Great! July 29, 2007 Media Lover 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
I've been playing Tom Clancy games since Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six... if only this game were as good. As far as the upsides, the missions are well planned, the gameplay is pretty solid, and the voice acting and prerenderd cutscenes are nice. The downsides... the in game graphics look like something from the later years of the N64, the sound is tacky, and the physics are horrible! You shoot a dude, and he hits the ground like he's already stiff, (sometimes they even fall off of balconies and SIT IN THE AIR!!) Totally stupid stuff. Overall, not horrible, but not good either.
