Product Description 7 Cup Capacity, Food Processor, Includes: Stainless Steel Chopping/Mixing Blade, Dough Blade For Kneading Up To 2 LB Bread/Pizza Dough, Medium Slicing & Shredding Discs, Both Expanded & Small Feed Tubes, Compact Cover & 30 Minute "How To" Video Included, 3 Year Limited Warranty.
Amazon.com Review A perfect gift for new homemakers, the food processor has become an integral part of modern cooking, speeding up a multitude of processes, including kneading dough, slicing, chopping, shredding cheese, vegetables and meat, mincing garlic and parsley, mixing batters, and emulsifying mayonnaise. Cuisinart's Pro Classic comes with a 7-cup work bowl, four basic attachments for slicing, shredding, chopping, mixing, and kneading, and also features two feed tube options, one big enough to handle a whole potato. This processor comes with a compact cover for use when the feed tube isn't needed and a pulse control that allows the desired degree of fineness when chopping and pureeing. Remove the detachable stem for compact storage of discs. All the parts are dishwasher-safe and the motor base wipes clean. In addition, a custom-contoured spatula, a 50-page recipe booklet, and a 30-minute video designed to familiarize the new owner with the care and use of the food processor are included. --Victoria Jenkins

Cuisinart November 19, 2008 Nikko (PNW) It's an awesome food processor. Grew up on one, now it's in my home too.
Kitchen wonderland November 16, 2008 D. Runski (NY) If you have the space for this baby, it will be your best friend. With this product you can cook a dinner for 100 vegetarians and still have time for a pedicure. Cleaning them is a bit of a pain... but with the time it saved you from peeling and slicing, it's a small price to pay.
Great Food Processor October 24, 2008 Khalsa (Santa Cruz, NM USA) I am thoroughly happy with the Cuisinart DLC 105. I performs great, is easy to use (once you watch the enclosed DVD) and makes light of chopping, grating and mixing. It's the first full sized processor I've used, so I can't really compare it to others, but I think it does a great job for preparing meals for two.

Wonderful food processor. Best one I have ever used. Very pleased, would recommend one to all....
the video is now on DVD September 21, 2008 --pat (around) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Several reviews noted that the video came in obsolete VHS form. Cuisinart got the message. It's now on DVD. The chef on the DVD had a handy habit of pushing the cutting blade down firmly onto the post and then reaching underneath the bowl to hold the cutting blade in place while dumping the contents. I found that most of my fat fingers don't fit, but I can manage the trick. The many parts become second nature rather quickly. I have a teeny tiny RV kitchen sink, no dishwasher, and I still manage to wash it OK. Draining dry just requires creative piling. I'm going to try cookie dough. Space is very limited, so this little machine will have to be the mixer as well. This processor comes with a medium slicer blade and the shredder. I found the addition of the 6mm french fry blade was the only addition I'll likely use. I don't fine grate things. I'll likely use the shredder for any kind of julienne output. Shredding reminds me. Have to get the ingredients for potato pancakes.
