Works for me December 22, 2008 SDP (Dallas, TX) It's a nice looking and fitting cover made of quality material. It does have the vents on the top/side that will let water in but, hey, it's an outside BBQ.
Weber Genesis S650 cover December 16, 2008 Gloria Barnes (Columbus, Ohio) The premium cover is a great fit and my husband loves the protection it offers his new Weber grill
VENTS IN THE TOP! November 1, 2008 Gabrielle F. (California) THERE ARE 2 VENTS IN THE TOP OF THIS COVER, which is not reflected in the photo on the box. Water gets in and the woman in customer service advised me to "just wipe it off when it stops raining." What?? Needless to say, I am surprised that such a class company would create such an idiotic cover.
Weber 9989 Premium Cover September 6, 2008 J. johle (ca) Very nice item, but is a storage cover that has to be stored out of the weather, because it has vent holes on the top of the cover on each side! It is a very nice cover for storing under the patio! But when you pay this much for a BBQ you wouldn't want to store it out in the open anyway!!
Vent Holes defeat purpose August 29, 2008 T. Costa (NH) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This covers has a vent panel on each top side which allows rain to get in. Real dumb. Defeats the whole purpose. I now have another cover under the weber cover to prevent the rain from getting in. They should show a closer picure of the vents.
