5 out of 5 stars Kong Survives Jack Russell Terrorist   December 14, 2008
Doyle Parnell (tiny island,WA USA)
The title says it all. The Budster(Buddy) feels it is his mission to destroy his toys, especially if they squeak. He will literally exhaust himself to prove he is tougher. Regular frisbees last a few hours before they are unuseable. The Kong Flyer, while not flying as well as a regular frisbee because of it's weight and flexibility, has proven to be his match! Try as he will, he has been unable to puncture or tear it. I bought 4 figuring it was a years supply, but it now looks like 4 is 4 years supply. He only gets his opportunity when we play and I put it away. Otherwise, he would exhaust himself until it was in pieces.

1 out of 5 stars Chew toy, not a frisbee   October 29, 2008
Travis D. Mcelyea (Basking Ridge, New Jersey United States)
This is a chew toy not a frisbee. It is much to heavy to fly.

5 out of 5 stars A Dog Trainer's perspective   October 28, 2008
Julie Bjelland Lokhandwala
As a dog trainer and also having a large German Shepherd I LOVE LOVE LOVE all Kong toys, have several and recommend them to my clients. They are amazing and great for tough chewers! They will outlast almost everything so they are worth every penny. I have a special passion for helping more dogs stay in their forever home so I am offering free dog advice on my website: webDogTrainer.com, come on over and say hi!

4 out of 5 stars Kong frisbee,   October 4, 2008
Adam J. Johnstone (charlotte NC)
Excellent product, very durable, doesn't fly quite as well as the old version. The new one is heavier and tougher. The old lasted 3 years of almost daily use.

3 out of 5 stars Not worth the $$   September 17, 2008
K. Balkun (Rhode Island, USA)
Despite conflicting reveiws I got this frizbee for my lab/Wem mix who is a very strong chewer. He is only 1yr old and is just learning how to catch a frizbee so despite his being half weim and super fast he can't really catch this disc like he does w/ regular ones. yes it lasts a lot longer since regular frizbees are trashed after about 10 throws. But since it is way to heavy to float through the air he can't catch it in the air so it's not as fun for the both of us. oh well.
